The process of counting diaspora votes for the Fier region has been completed, definitively confirming the distribution of mandates in this electoral zone. The Socialist Party has managed to maintain its 12th mandate, strengthening its positions even after the inclusion of emigrant votes.
From the closed list, the Socialist Party will be represented in the Assembly by five candidates: Belinda Balluku, Petrit Malaj, Kiduina Zaka, Erjo Mile and Ana Nako.
Meanwhile, from the open list mandated as deputies are: Ceno Klosi, Klevis Jahaj, Asfloral Haxhiu, Antoneta Dhima, Elton Korreshi, Zegjine Çaushi and Dhimitër Kruti.
On the other hand, the DP-ASHM coalition secures 4 mandates in Fier, which belong to the candidates of the closed list: Gazment Bardhi, Luan Baçi, Brunilda Haxhiu and Saimir Korreshi.
The final result in this district reflects the limited impact that the diaspora vote had in changing the political balance, confirming the dominance of the Socialist Party in Fier.
