At the European Political Community Summit, there was no shortage of surprises that Rama served up to European leaders.
The Prime Minister showed a video presentation about Albania and, at the end, the European leaders turned into children through him.
All 47 leaders present said the phrase "Welcome to Albania" in their own languages, but instead of appearing serious, Rama had chosen to turn them into children, a gesture that came as a surprise to Europe.
Some of the leaders present got through the situation by laughing, while others remained serious.
