Edi Rama and Aleksandar Vučić are known for their close relationship, strong cooperation and 'brotherhood' established even before the creation of "Open Balkan".

But, from the red carpet where Rama welcomed the leaders of the European Political Community, a cold meeting between the Albanian and Serbian prime ministers was observed. Vučić shook Rama's hand, but without any facial expression. He remained almost silent, cold and left immediately after the photo was taken.

This detail has attracted the attention of the media, as Rama and Vučić have always been seen as quite close to each other. It is not known what could be hidden behind the cold meeting between them.
