Korrupsion gjatë detyrës, arrestohen dy efektivë të Komisariatit nr. 3 në Tiranë

Dy efektivë të Policisë së Shtetit janë arrestuar në flagrancë nga Agjencia e Mbikëqyrjes Policore, pasi dyshohen për korrupsion dhe shpërdorim detyre gjatë ushtrimit të funksionit.

Të arrestuarit janë inspektorët e Patrullës së Përgjithshme në Komisariatin e Policisë nr. 3 në Tiranë, D. B., 25 vjeç, dhe E. K., 23 vjeç.

Sipas AMP-së, hetimi ndaj dy punonjësve të policisë nisi pas publikimit të disa pamjeve filmike në rrjetet sociale më 16 korrik 2026. Nga verifikimet paraprake dyshohet se efektivët shfaqeshin duke kryer veprime korruptive gjatë kohës që ishin në detyrë.

Ndaj dy policëve rëndojnë akuzat për veprat penale “korrupsion pasiv” dhe “shpërdorim detyre”, të kryera në bashkëpunim.

Agjencia e Mbikëqyrjes Policore vijon hetimet për zbardhjen e plotë të rrethanave të ngjarjes dhe përcaktimin e përgjegjësive të personave të përfshirë.
