Well, the Prime Minister is telling us that Albanian builders have wandered the world's architectural offices "like Jews in the desert" by ordering and paying "a lot of money" for projects that lie in protected areas or military bases, even though construction was not allowed by law in those areas.
Meanwhile, the economic logic of every construction project, regardless of who the builder is, begins with a land feasibility study that determines whether a project is practical, profitable and feasible on a specific plot.
Even the first step of any private or public investment plan according to the laws of the country that the Prime Minister leads begins with legal and regulatory feasibility, where property rights, zoning laws, building codes and environmental regulations are verified.
While he abandoned all regulatory plans and concentrated in the hands of the KKT that directs all decision-making for construction permits, while changing the laws according to the interests of the builders who have paid the Nobel-winning architects, he turned the Albanian territory into a playground without respecting tradition, the environment, the needs of the community, without transparency, much less accountability. So every time he opens his mouth he looks ridiculous.
That it would end like this was inevitable, but what surprises me even more are the glasses that show that he has become ridiculous in taste!
The government has seriously damaged taste!
