A serious incident was recorded this Sunday morning near the Old Beach in Vlora, where a 19-year-old man risked drowning in the sea.
According to preliminary information, the young man suffered a cardiac arrest, while the immediate intervention of medical staff at the scene made it possible for him to return to life.
The 19-year-old was then urgently transported to the Vlora Regional Hospital, where he is receiving specialized medical treatment.
The full circumstances of the incident and his health condition are still under medical evaluation.
