Arbian Maznik's viral message to municipalities is scandalous!
This communication clearly shows that we are not dealing with just an ugly WhatsApp message.

We have an x-ray of the government.
How it thinks, how it acts and how it imagines the citizen.
Arbian Mazniku as Co-Chair of the Territorial Reform, that is, the man who should speak about local democracy, about representation, about the voice of citizens and about power close to the people, appears at the center of a completely different logic than what he wanted to transmit during his statements to the Commission, but true.

He thinks and acts by opening fictitious accounts, fake pages, orchestrated comments, to wage 'war' on social networks against citizens.
This is the concept of the Socialist Party in fact, transmitted through this message of the former head of local government and today co-chair of the territorial reform.
The message proves that municipalities today are like a hired political army with 'war dogs' of social networks that patronize votes during the day and comments and insults at night with fake profiles.

While in hearings and meetings with internationals, they cry and plead that small and medium-sized municipalities lack administrative capacity, engineers and architects and for this reason should be merged, on the other hand, they employ unlimited numbers, with citizens' taxes, people who pay them only to defeat the civic algorithm and civic truths.

So, according to Maznik, the reform for the citizen should now be done by employees who create fake citizens, to fight the real citizen and his protest.
According to him, local democracy is protected with fake profiles.
While public debate should be replaced with a comment section.
This is not politics.

It is a propaganda factory. It is the way in which the government tries to create the people that it no longer has, by now inventing them with fake names, fake surnames, with 'likes', 'shares' and comments on command.
Maznik must give public explanations.
Not only as a political individual, but as co-chair of a process that directly affects the organization of local government in Albania.

Because whoever talks about territory, but operates with fictitious identities, is not building reform. He is administering manipulation and committing a criminal offense.
Territorial reform cannot be a serious process when one of its leaders is associated with the culture of fake accounts and custom commentators.

Albania does not need municipalities drawn by propaganda, but local government that listens to real people, real problems, real communities.
In the end, the question is this:
How can the map of Albanian Municipalities be trusted by a majority that seems not to even trust the real faces of citizens? ps
