In a conversation with citizens on social networks, the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, focused on the latest developments within the political force he leads, speaking about the process of renewing the leadership structures.

Berisha announced that this process reflected the spirit of the DP Assembly and the profound changes in the leadership composition.

He emphasized that about two-thirds of the new leadership is made up of women, girls and young people, describing this as an important step towards the internal renewal of the party.

"So, in addition to these developments, as you have been informed, the DP held the first meeting of the national council and held elections for the new leadership of the DP.
I can say that in this process, the members of the DP National Council with high responsibility reflected the spirit of the DP Assembly, the Assembly of its Renewal.
And about two-thirds of the leadership was renewed entirely with ladies, girls, women and young people.
On this occasion, I wish all those elected success in their duties entrusted to them by the National Council.
I am thanking with the deepest gratitude all those who ran, my collaborators throughout these years for their essential contribution to the DP, its positions ," said Berisha.
