Rama's half-truthful lynching attacks against journalist Klevin Muka, known for his professionalism and seriousness, who denounced the plan for a resort in Porto Palermo, seek to hide the truth.
Without a trace of shame, Rama called Klevin an "algorithm agitator", with whom he has a public losing battle and is losing the second one.
He insulted the journalist live and accused him of having made the presented plan with ChatGPT, while Rama himself is known as the epic 3D fraudster who publishes digital propaganda without restraint.
But the journalist's truth, unfortunately for Rama, did not come out of ChatGPT.
The truth came out of the High State Audit and the author of the project is the Albanian Investment Corporation!!!!!!!
Even earlier than Klevini, in November 2025, this was denounced by the media shqiptarja.com (Report TV) and his own,

which calls the initiative of the Albanian Investment Corporation extremely bold.
Among other things, Gazeta Shqiptare denounces the manner in which Porto Palermo was declared a natural park:

The decision determines that the natural park has a total area of 1,694 hectares, of which 1,490 hectares or 87.93% are marine areas and only 204 hectares or 12.07% are land areas.

But let's go back to the SAI.
The official report of the SAI clearly states that the Albanian Investment Corporation has drafted the “Porto Palermo Marina Resort” project proposal in March 2022. And there is no fantasy, no montage, no algorithm here.
There is a state document.

The Albanian Investment Corporation drafted the project proposal in March 2022, for the development of the Porto Palermo area with strategic investments that include the construction of the port and 5-star resorts, the construction of capacity for anchorages for yachts and boats, the construction of an elite model resort, maintenance services, the revitalization of submarine tunnels by turning them into museums,” says the SAI.

The first phase even envisaged the preparation of the feasibility and the expression of interest from private investors.
"In the first phase, the AIC has foreseen the preparation of the feasibility for the asset as well as the preparation of the expression of interest from private investors. The further steps in this Project-Proposal have been determined to be the approval by the AIC board of the initiation of the project, the approval by the Prime Minister, the development agreement between the AIC, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Finance and Economy for the preparation of the pre-feasibility for the development of the area and the asset and the opening of the call for interest for investors", continues the SAI.
So the question is not whether Klevin Muka uses ChatGPT or not because he has not done so.
The question is why a strategic, natural, historical and public area like Porto Palermo has been included in a state project-proposal for a resort, port and private investors.
Rama says today: “There will be no construction.”
Very good.
Then issue an official act that cancels every project-proposal, every feasibility study, every call for interest and every private development scheme in Porto Palermo.
Show who initiated the project.
Who financed it.
Who contracted the experts.
Who anticipated approval from the Prime Minister.
And who are the private investors for whom the expression of interest was anticipated.
Let the 3D Fraudster do this and not lynch, curse and insult the journalist!
The “algorithms” of “ChatGPT” cannot be used as a curtain to hide the traces of a state project that bears the name of Porto Palermo Marina Resort.
But the fraudster has no shame!
He is only afraid of the truth and protests
