When there are no official calculations for the benefits of a concert,

The Prime Minister, as always, when he gives away public money or state property without following the procedures imposed by law, invites us to play squash with millions of imaginary people: why so much?
He says: "While from this concert - in the conditions artificially made difficult by the heartless - we calculate no less than 100 million euros in income"!
So the Prime Minister claims that there are calculations, but such a measurement is not presented in the report of the draft law of the normative act.
If a calculation of the final economic impact existed, it would be explained with figures in the report of the Normative Act, starting with capacity data, the percentage of visitors from outside the city and the economic multiplier.
If this measurement existed, it would be placed in the report of the Normative Act and as such would be considered an official figure, automatically becoming a target to be achieved.
While the report does not contain any calculation or quantitative assessment, not even a single figure of the impact on the economy of this event, which was financed with public money in an extra-budgetary procedure, the Prime Minister declares it on FB.
As always, the measurements of the economic impact of all projects financed or supported by money and public property without procedures without competition, are based on the now outdated approach "if it's not there, we'll make it up"!
100 million euros is not only not an official figure but to the shame of the entire government is a weak, uneducated guess, that is, made in the absence of knowledge.
I say in the absence of knowledge because the economics of concerts shows that the benefits from the most gigantic concerts in stadiums with a capacity of more than 80,000 people have not exceeded 47 million dollars.
The bombastic guesses without pencil and paper of our Prime Minister have only one purpose to cover up the repeated destructive behavior of this government with public finances and public property. He refuses to accept that governance is a mandate not to act as desired without restrictions, but to make and execute decisions within approved procedures, as the only irreplaceable way to guarantee public benefit. But the Imperial Prime Minister hates the laws, procedures, regulations, restrictions, transparency, and accountability they impose.
They annoy him so much that he goes so far as to take 4.2 million euros from the budget in the absence of following normal procedure, classifying a concert as an emergency.
While around him in the Prime Minister's Office, in the Government, in the Assembly, there is no one left to say no, poor thing, he has become so reduced to responding to exhaustive, emotionless arguments like a drunken wedding partygoer.
