“Albanian Files”/ Berisha: Projects are oriented by Rama, Albania

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has leveled accusations against the prime minister regarding the book "Albanian Files", for which Rama has stated that he only wrote the foreword and is not its author.

Berisha said that he himself had learned of its existence only a short time ago and that the document was “a dossier” being studied by the opposition.

"I only found out about the existence of this book two weeks ago. I had never heard of it. The author himself admits that he developed it in secret, which is why he called it a dossier," Berisha declared.

According to him, the projects mentioned in the book were implemented under the guidance of the Prime Minister and with his approval.

"Those projects are all commissioned with the guidance, the orientation of Edi Rama. Those permits are, those projects are approved by Edi Rama," said the leader of the DP.

Berisha stated that it is not a coincidence that foreign studios propose construction in certain tourist areas and accused the government of treating Albanian territory as private property.

"There is no studio in the world that would come and build a hotel on the Gjipe canyon because it came to mind. Who will Edi Rama tell this to? Albania is an estate of Edi Rama, handed over to the drug mafia and criminal organizations for construction, development and money laundering," Berisha declared.
