Rising temperatures, appeal from doctors: These categories are most at risk

High summer temperatures can cause various health conditions. Heat stroke is one of them.

Doctors at the polyvalent emergency service at the University Hospital say that so far there have been no cases, but they have not been absent every summer.

Currently, when the number of daily emergencies has exceeded 400, the majority of patients are chronically ill.

Public Health experts are urging the entire population to take precautions, but even more extreme heat precautions should be taken for the elderly, the chronically ill, pregnant women, and children under 5 years of age.
