The owner of the pharmaceutical company "CFO Pharma", Nadir Çausholli, has been criminally prosecuted after raping a person during a street fight.

According to the police, Nadir Çausholli, 48, kicked and hit the citizen with the initials ML, 53, with a chair, after an argument on “Ibrahim Rugova” Street.

It is learned that the conflict between them occurred over the installation of a charging device for electric vehicles on the sidewalk, where Çausholli also verbally threatened the 53-year-old.

"The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Commissariat No. 2 criminally prosecuted citizen N. Ç., 48 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Intimidation" and "Self-Judgment".

This citizen, on 06.07.2026, on “Ibrahim Rugova” street, during a conflict that occurred over the installation of a charging device for electric vehicles on the sidewalk, is suspected of having verbally threatened citizen ML, 53 years old, and of having kicked a chair in his direction. On the other hand, citizen N. Ç. has reported that he was verbally threatened by citizen ML"

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
