Property transfer in Dibër, former SP candidate arrested

The Deputy Director of the Cadastre in Debar, Daniel Gjura, has been arrested for being involved in a fraud scheme for the alienation of properties.

Gjura previously held the position of director of the Dibër ASK and was a former Socialist Party candidate in the last parliamentary elections.

He is accused of the criminal offenses of "Fraud" and "Forgery of documents", committed in collaboration.

Officials and former officials of the State Cadastre Agency in Dibër are suspected of being involved in a fraud scheme. Through forged documents, they registered state properties in the names of Teshar Doçi and his family members.
