Court releases 4 FNSH officers arrested for Hasan Ferracak's escape

The four officers of the National Security Unit (FNSH), arrested by the Police Supervision Agency (AMP) after  Hasan Ferracaku's escape from the "house arrest" security measure, have been released by decision of the First Instance Court in Shkodra.

In the hearing for determining the security measure, the court imposed the measure "compulsory appearance" on them, leaving them to be investigated at large on the charge of "abuse of office".

Inspectors Dorjan Hasandoçaj, Gentian Xhanari, Dioniz Hotaj  and employee  Ridvan Zefi are under investigation  . According to the AMP, they are suspected of not having properly exercised their duty to supervise Verracak, which enabled his removal from the apartment where he was staying in order to implement the security measure.

Meanwhile, criminal proceedings have been registered against Hasan Verracaku for the offense of "Removing a prisoner from his place of residence", as he is suspected of violating the conditions set by the court.
