“Në aksin rrugor “Elbasan–Librazhd”, në fshatin Mengël, automjeti që drejtohej nga shtetasi K. B., 19 vjeç, ka dalë nga rruga.

Si pasojë e aksidentit, shtetasi K. B. ka humbur jetën.

Grupi hetimor nën drejtimin e Prokurorisë vijon punën për zbardhjen e plotë të rrethanave dhe shkaqeve të aksidentit”, njofton policia.
