The race for the number two position in the DP, Korreshi competes against Flamur

Saimir Korreshi will run against Flamur Noka in the race for the position of Secretary General of the Democratic Party.

Shortly before the start of the National Council meeting, Korreshi confirmed his candidacy to the media.

"It's a decision of today. No one is forcing me. They know us, why should we campaign. Lobbying is what we represent to each other. Everyone knows, if the time has come for change, it will change," he said.

Asked what he would do if the Democratic Party's number two was elected, Korreshi replied: "Let the voting end once, then we'll talk."
