Moments of tension were recorded outside the premises of the Presidency of the Assembly where Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe pushed a News 24 journalist.
The presence of an Albanian from the diaspora who was filming with his phone and recorded the entire situation seems to have irritated the socialist MP.
Brace has "vented" his "anger" towards the journalist, despite the latter being heard telling him that he has no connection with the person he is filming.
In the published footage, Braçe can be heard addressing the person filming in harsh tones, using offensive words such as "dope" and "drug addict", while accusing him of links to the cultivation of narcotics in England.
"Go now, I'm telling you, go away with that scumbag over there. Go away with him. You've been hanging out with that scumbag since yesterday. Shut your mouth, you drug dealer, scumbag, scumbag, drug addict, s***," Braçe can be heard saying.
