The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has filed the final claim in the court process against Fatime Kryemadhi, Pirro Xhixho and Ema Çoku with the GJKKO.

Pirro Xhixhon, SPAK has accused him of corruption committed in collaboration and has requested a sentence of 4 years and 6 months in prison. Due to the summary trial, the sentence is reduced to 3 years in prison. Due to his age and family circumstances, the prosecution has requested that it be converted to 4 years of probation.

Meanwhile, for Fatime Kryemadhi, SPAK has requested 7 years and 6 months in prison. As a result of the shortened trial, the sentence is reduced to 5 years in prison, while the prosecution has requested the suspension of its execution and conversion to 5 years of probation due to age. SPAK has also requested the confiscation of Fatime Kryemadhi's house.

For the defendant Ema Çoku, SPAK has requested that she be found guilty of the criminal offense of money laundering and sentenced to 7 years in prison. Due to the summary trial, the sentence is reduced to 4 years and 8 months in prison. SPAK has requested that the sentence be converted to 5 years of probation due to family circumstances.
