In his speech, the opposition MP also leveled accusations at Balla, citing a wiretap made public years ago and inviting him to deal with the criticism of citizens, who, according to him, have come out in protest against the government.

Taulant Balla responded with irony, addressing Kapri and reminding him of the process of counting votes in the elections. According to Balla, Kapri himself had asked for his help to guarantee the protection of his votes during the counting.
