Another former socialist mayor has been indicted by the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK).

This concerns the former mayor of Divjaka, Fredi Kokoneshi, who is accused of the criminal offense of "abuse of office", committed in collaboration.

The file, investigated by prosecutor Elvin Gokaj, has already been sent to the Special Court (GJKKO), where a draw is expected to be made to determine the judge who will conduct the preliminary hearing.

Along with Kokonesh, Andi Bullari, Ledio Xharo and Dorian Spaho have also been named as defendants.

Criminal proceedings against them have been registered for the criminal offense of "abuse of office", committed in collaboration.
