Democratic Party MP Klevis Balliu has expressed his desire to run for the position of party vice president, while saying that the final decision will be made soon.

"I have expressed my desire to run. I have expressed my desire to run for vice president. Tomorrow we will see whether I run or not. Where there is a politician without ambition, everyone is sick and tired of it, anyone who says otherwise is lying," Balliu said on A2 CNN. 

He also commented on the recent debates on the composition of the DP's leadership structures, emphasizing that there is a high representation of young figures in the leadership.

"There have been 20 shows for the Presidency, there are as many young people as you want there, 65 percent of the presidency are first-time members, 55 percent are under 35 years old. There is a new generation of the DP coming to leadership ," said Balliu.
