DP will have a vice president from the diaspora and youth, names of candidates for leadership positions

The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has presented the list of candidates for the party's leadership positions, including vice-chairmen, secretaries and members of the Appeals Commission.

During the meeting of the DP National Council, Berisha announced that, in accordance with previous statutory decisions, two vice-presidential positions are designated as ex-officio functions. He also stated that one of the vice-presidents will be a representative of the youth, while another will represent the Albanian diaspora.

Six candidates have been proposed for the positions of vice-presidents: Belind Këlliçi, Luçiano Boçi, Xhonatan Pano, Nikola Kedhi, Besa Manaj and Erisa Bajaziti . From these candidates, the members of the National Council will choose three.

Meanwhile, the race for the position of Secretary General of the Democratic Party will take place between Flamur Noka and Saimir Korreshi .

Berisha also presented the candidates for the various party secretariats. Agron Loka and Klevis Balliu are running for the position of Organizational Secretary, while Etion Kapedani and Renald Rista have been proposed for the position of Secretary for Digitalization .
