Thimjo Rubati, i njohur edhe me emrin Sandri, mbeti i plagosur mbrëmjen e së premtes në Sarandë, pasi u qëllua me breshëri kallashnikovi.

Ngjarja ndodhur rreth orës 21:15, në lagjen Nr. 4 ku autorët të cilët dyshohet se kanë qenë dy, të pajisur me skafandra, qëlluan drejt 50-vjeçarit.

Rubati u dërgua me urgjencë në Spitalin e Traumës në Tiranë ku ndodhet në gjendje të rëndë për jetën.

“Rreth orës 21:15, në lagjen nr. 4, në Sarandë, në rrethana ende të paqarta, është plagosur me armë zjarri para biznesit të tij, shtetasi Th. R., 50 vjeç. Ai është transportuar në spital, ku po merr ndihmë mjekësore.

Shërbimet e Policisë kanë mbërritur menjëherë në vendngjarje dhe vijojnë kontrollet intensive në zonë për identifikimin dhe kapjen e autorit/ve. Nga të dhënat e para dyshohet se autorët kanë qenë dy persona me skafandra, të cilët janë larguar nga vendngjarja me motomjet”, thuhet në njoftimin e policisë.

Mësohet se 50-vjeçari është me precedent penal të mëparshëm për trafik fëmijësh. Djali i 50-vjeçarit, Andrea Rubati 27 vjeç, është shpallur në kërkim pasi një natë para plagosjes së të atit, ka dhunuar oficerin e policisë, Mihal Velço.

Bashkë me Andrea Rubatin janë shpallur në kërkim edhe Antonio Lefteri dhe Engjëll Dalanaj. Të tre rezultojnë persona me precedentë penalë.
