The Special Court has changed the security measure from prison arrest to house arrest for Xhuljo Vuksan, the only person held in custody for the Dobraç massacre.
Vuksan is suspected of providing the "Range Rover" vehicle to the perpetrators of the Dobraç massacre.
The decision was made by Special Judge Erjon Cela, who accepted SPAK's request to change the security measure against him.
