European leaders in "baby" version, Politico: For some it was not fun.

Prime Minister Edi Rama greeted the leaders arriving at the European Political Community Summit with a video created by Artificial Intelligence. During the moment they were at the National Opera and Ballet Theater, an AI-created video was shown, where all the leaders present are seen saying in their own language "Welcome to Albania".

Politico.eu writes that this moment was not all that entertaining for everyone, while calling Prime Minister Rama a strange figure.

"That's what happened on Friday, when more than 40 leaders gathered at the opening ceremony of the European Political Community in Tirana, Albania, were greeted by a short film showing each of them as a baby saying "Welcome to Albania" in their native language.

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni was caught on camera laughing heartily, while Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen smiled and stared in disbelief at the screen.

Some, however, were less amused. Turkey's Recep Tayyip Erdoğan remained rigid throughout the film, but let a slight smile escape when his version, a small baby with a mustache, appeared.

During a speech after the film, Meloni thanked Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama for the video and for "making me feel very young again," she said.

The video may have been the brainchild of Rama, who has developed a reputation as an eccentric figure. He was previously a painter living in France and is known for his lively personality.

Earlier in the day, Rama - who was easily re-elected this week - welcomed the visiting leaders in trademark sneakers and fell to his knees in mock ecstasy when Meloni arrived.

However, the topics on the table in Tirana are far from entertaining. European leaders, most of whom are pro-Ukrainian, are hoping to increase pressure on Russian President Vladimir Putin with new sanctions, as talks between Kiev and Moscow begin in Istanbul , "says the Politico.eu article.
