The Deputy Mayor of Tirana Municipal Council, Dorian Teliti, commented this afternoon on the latest political developments in the country, focusing on the vote recount process from the May 11 elections. 

Invited to News 24, the televised speaker described the recount process as positive and bringing a lot of transparency. According to him, the recount process gave voice to the electoral massacre and that now the opposition's expectation is that the election results will be rejected by the ODIHR.

Teliti also said that the manipulations began long before the May 11 elections.

I think that the OSCE-ODIHR report should be based on evidence and concrete facts. In the case of the diaspora, we do not have a real figure of citizens who voted in the May 11 elections.
