Democratic MP Asllan Dogjani clashed with Ilir Rusmali, a member of KAS, during the vote recount process.

Dogjani accused Rusmal of vote theft, saying that they are mocking the will of the citizens.

The Democrat said he will send the evidence to SPAK.
