A fatal accident was recorded this Monday afternoon on the "Qukes-Prrenjas" road axis.
A vehicle driven by citizen PK, 62 years old, hit the elderly woman FM, around 70 years old, who was walking.
Police report that due to the injuries sustained, the 70-year-old woman died at the scene, while the driver of the vehicle was taken to the police station for further procedural action.
The investigation team is continuing its work to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident.
