Even though we are on the verge of summer, bad weather has brought back snowfall to the tourist area of ​​Theth in Shkodra. Currently, a thin layer of snow has been laid on the Bogë-Theth road axis, while the road remains passable for vehicles, but with difficulty.

The road to Thethi continues to be without maintenance due to mutual complaints from companies that have applied for the cleaning and maintenance contract throughout the year. This administrative situation has left one of the most frequented tourist destinations in Albania without technical intervention, even in difficult weather conditions.

Forecasts indicate that if the rain continues and temperatures drop, frost may form, making traffic on this axis dangerous. In addition to the snow, the road also presents problems with falling rocks in some segments, which increases the risk for drivers.

Local authorities and responsible structures have not yet given an official response to the situation, while tourists and local residents are calling for immediate intervention on this important road.
