From Tirana, where the European Political Community Summit is expected to begin, European Council Vice President Kaja Kallas spoke about Albania's integration.

Asked by journalists whether the country will manage to integrate by 2030, Kallas said firmly that Albania must implement reforms, especially in the rule of law.

"Yes, I think Albania is making excellent progress when it comes to reforms. The right steps need to be taken on our side. You need to make reforms in the rule of law. But, there is a political moment where everyone wants the enlargement process to happen. This is not only necessary for the BP, but also for the EU in terms of geopolitical power ," Kallas declared from Tirana.
