A few days ago, the citizen B.L denounced the citizen from Ksamil Agron Lile in "Stop", after the latter occupied his house.

The lady said that her father, who works and lives in emigration, bought a house in Ksamil of 25 square meters, a one-story building and land. The property was bought at a bank auction, as Agron Lile, who had left collateral, had not paid it.

Today the lady has the ownership certificate, but she cannot enjoy her property for a day, as the former owner has changed the locks, leaving a citizen inside for rent. The case has gone to the Saranda prosecutor's office, but prosecutor Valbona Maja has come up with the decision not to start investigations even though the accused has committed self-trial, non-declaration of income and forgery of documents.

IMT Saranda has found illegal construction in the building, but has not intervened, after the prosecutor's decision. The former owner uses as an alibi two illegal constructions, which he made to the building years ago, which he declared to Aluizni, but did not receive a response.
