Electoral College rejects DP's request for Greek votes

The Electoral College has decided not to accept the DP's request for Greek votes.

The Administrative Court of Appeals has upheld the decision of the Appeals Commission to pave the way for the counting of votes from Greece. 

Today, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal rejected the Democratic Party's request to verify the claims of this political entity regarding violations and irregularities in this process.

The DP had opposed allowing the counting of diaspora votes from Greece, considering this a violation of procedures.

Meanwhile, the KAS had decided to accept the counting of these votes as part of the electoral process. The Electoral College, after reviewing the request, has deemed the DP's request invalid, thus confirming the validity of the Greek vote count.
