According to Vangjeli, Edi Rama's next goal was to buy votes, using public investments and employment as a means to gain support on the eve of the elections.

She has presented an estimate of the expenses incurred during the election period, highlighting alarming figures that include investments, new hiring, and the distribution of bonuses, which, according to her, were carried out for electoral purposes.
