Prime Minister Edi Rama's white sneakers with a star caught the attention of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan today.
Upon arriving at Skanderbeg Square, where the Summit was held, the Turkish president noticed the sneakers of the prime minister, who was waiting for him with an umbrella, and was not dressed as required by the etiquette that all other leaders respect.
As can be seen in the video, the Turkish president approached Rama and, laughing, said: "Because you're wearing sneakers."
