The vote counting process in Albania is nearing its end, while in Tirana the counting for candidates has closed.
In the race within the Socialist Party, former minister Olta Xhaçka was only able to win the mandate in the next legislature with 2 more votes, snatching it from her socialist colleague Blerina Gjylameti.
Thus, Olta Xhaçka received 5806 votes, while Gjylameti received 5804.
