An immigrant has denounced how he was unable to take part in the May 11 elections, where the diaspora voted for the first time.
He published a photo where, according to him, the envelope that arrived at his address from the CEC did not contain a ballot.
"The ballot was missing... I'm sorry you didn't give me the opportunity to vote," the immigrant writes.
Irregularities and accusations of manipulation of the diaspora vote have been the topic of discussion for days among the opposition, which accuses the ruling party of manipulating this process.
