"Under the nose of SPAK", Noka: Bollino and the Ministry of Economy are robbing 4,000 m2 of public land in the middle of Tirana

The General Secretary of the DP, Flamur Noka, denounces from the blue headquarters that Carlo Bollino and the Ministry of Economy are robbing 4,000 m2 of public land in the middle of Tirana.

In a statement, Noka said that on Tuesday he addressed an official request to the head of SPAK, Altin Duman, after the latter refused to answer in the parliamentary session some essential questions regarding some of the reports.

On Tuesday, I addressed an official request to the head of SPAK, Altin Duman, as the latter, totally at the service of the government and his boss Edi Rama, refused to answer in the parliamentary session some essential questions regarding some of the our reports.

In January 2024, in the capacity of the General Secretary of the Democratic Party and a member of the Parliament of Albania, I filed two criminal reports with SPAK regarding the theft of 4,000 square meters of land in the middle of Tirana, land donated by the Begeja family to construction of a school in unit no. 7, which then ended in the edifice that Carlo Bollino calls television, with which he attacks, slanders, smears and lynches the country's opposition and the Democratic Party every day.

In that criminal report are all the facts about how Edi Rama and Anila Denaj, in full cooperation with Carlo Bollino, have violated every law of the country, reaching the point of falsifying VKM and the 1 euro contract.

In that criminal report, SPAK has every proof that the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Defense have financed and given all Bunkarts, through an unregistered NGO, in flagrant violation of the law to make them the next target with hundreds of millions of euros, Bollino i Rama.

In that report, SPAK has all the facts and evidence that tens of millions of euros from AKSH tenders have ended up in the bank accounts of Carlo Bollino for the construction of the edifice called Report TV or else Baltosje TV and the Shpifje portal Shqiptarja.com. com.

Altin Dumani must answer us today for these 5 questions, which I addressed to him officially on Tuesday:

Have these two criminal charges been registered?

What are the offenses for which you registered these reports?

Are there officials, individuals or other entities identified in the report that have been registered by you in the criminal offenses notification register?

Have all the investigative actions requested in the report been carried out by us?

Has it been evaluated by you to take immediate preventive measures in order to prevent the privatization of public property in favor of Carlo Bollino?

Dear citizens.

Under SPAK's nose and with their full amnesty, Carlo Bollino and the Ministry of Economy are rushing every day to carry out the final procedures to rob 4,000 square meters of public land in the middle of Tirana.

We tell Carlos that neither Edi Rama nor Dumani will be able to become the owner of land in the middle of Tirana, as it is public land and will remain so.

Carlo's dream of becoming the first autochthonous Italian "'tirons" with inherited or gifted properties in the middle of the capital, will never come true.

The Democratic Party and I will fight this battle in defense of public interest and property until the end.

In the meantime, I declare to the head of the partner organization of the SP, the head of the justice forum in the SP, Altin Duman, that he will be held responsible in the same way as Rama and Bollino and will end up before justice as a member of the Rama-Bollino predatory gang for the robbery proof beyond any doubt of the land, the property of the residents of Tirana, who have stolen millions of euros from the Albanian state budget, in order to declare themselves the owner of the television, with which Edi Rama, Erion Veliaj and the gang are fed from breakfast to dinner non-existent incinerators.
