The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, during a visit to the old Tirana family, the Kazani family, expressed gratitude for the hospitality and respect shown to the Tirana community, evaluating it as a community with dignity and high moral standards. He emphasized the role of this community in the overthrow of the dictatorship and expressed his belief that the same thing will happen with the current government of Edi Rama.

Berisha reiterated that the Democratic Party is a conservative party that defends traditional values, such as family and private property. The DP leader considered the issue of property a necessary mission for peace, justice and the morality of society, stating that the DP will not retreat until it fulfills this mission.

We believe that property is the basis for building the prosperity of a family, society, and in this context, I guarantee you that, despite not having achieved its goals during the years of governance, the DP will not retreat until it fulfills this mission and considers the resolution of the issue of property settlement a mission of its own, necessary for peace, justice, and the morality of a society.
