The person who saw Antonio for the last time in life was his girlfriend, Kejsi Spahillari, 17 years old from Korça. She told several versions of the event, shedding light on the dynamics of the tragedy of which she was the author, but also adding to the suspicions.

According to experts, the signs were clear, but the first two prosecutors, Oli Visi and then Odeta Todorrushi, did not want to see them.

You can give as many opinions as you want, but an opinion given by an institution, when this decision is not based on facts and evidence, has a very negative impact on the institution. Especially since the institution is involved to some extent in supporting or being the source of the crime. The institution's duty is to to solve the crime in real time. On the day of the incident, June 14, 2018, Kejsi took Antonio's mother and brother in her car, driving them towards the Voskopoja forest, where the latter later found the 18-year-old hanging from a pine tree.

According to sources provided by the show "Stop", Kejsi Spaillari notified her mother hours ago, telling her that Antonio Karafili had hanged himself in a pine tree. Kejsi even sent a message to her mother:

After many broadcasts and obtaining all the evidence and testimonies, after the experiment, which showed that the 18-year-old could not have been hanged, the prosecution and prosecutor Vasjana Postoli revealed the truth that the macabre crime was committed by Kejsi Spahillari and 65-year-old Rexhep Vathi, with whom Kejsi had established parallel connections.

Beekeeper Rexhep Vathi, co-author of the murder of young Antonio Karafili, drank phosphoxin, ending his life in a mysterious way. Even his statements after the incident were contradictory.

He said after the murder that he did not know either Antonio or Kejsi, but his increased phone calls after the incident prove the opposite. He said that he was in Fushë-Krujë at his niece's party on the day of the tragedy. In the Korça Prosecutor's Office he has also raised another alibi that has to do with the date 15 June, he said that he was in Fushë-Krujë for the Eid holiday. But Antonio's brother testifies that Rexhepi was there.

"Yes, I am the first person I met with him. We went there, we stopped in front of the bar we had there. I went because Rexhepi kept bees there and was staying in a trailer. He was inside the trailer, I knocked on the door and asked him if he had any information or if he had seen his brother and he told me that he had no information," the deceased's brother Antonio Karafili repeated the testimony.

"Absolutely! This was a planned thing, there is nothing wrong with it. This is logical, it speaks for itself. Even if they had not done the expert report and had not followed up with evidence at all, the fact itself shows how it happened and how they brought the boy to this point," said Antonio Karafil's mother.
