As a result of the exchange of information and coordination of actions, with partners of the State Police, through INTERPOL structures, within the framework of the next phase of the international police operation codenamed "The Wanted", the arrest for the second time in Dubai and the extradition to Albania of the internationally wanted, highly dangerous citizen F. Ç., 44 years old, born in Elbasan, was successfully finalized.

The 44-year-old is under the security measure "Arrest in prison", by the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in 2022, for the criminal offense "Providing conditions and means to commit murder", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group, as well as by the Elbasan Court, in 2021, for the criminal offenses "Murder under qualifying circumstances", committed in collaboration and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".
