The session begins in the Special Court regarding the complaint of the lawyers of the opposition leader Sali Berisha on the refusal of SPAK to allow him to participate in the plenary sessions.
The lawyers addressed a request to SPAK prosecutors, Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Millonai, stressing that this is a constitutional right.
Also, according to them, there is no final decision regarding Berisha.
But the prosecutors overturned it, as this Thursday judge Irena Gjoka will express her opinion on this request that the lawyers submitted to the GJKKO.
