Tirana an 'urban ghetto', Teliti calls for protest on October 7

The adviser for economic issues in the Democratic Party, Dorian Teliti, has called for a protest on October 7 against the concreting of Tirana, calling the capital an "urban planning ghetto".

 He emphasizes that the uncontrolled constructions of recent years, without the necessary infrastructure, have brought frequent floods and traffic jams in Tirana.

According to Telit, over 10 million m² of construction permits have been granted by the government, reaching an international record.

He invites the citizens to protest on this date for the respect of the Constitution, human dignity, and to say "STOP" to the corruption and concretization of the city.
