In the lists of candidates for deputies, the Socialist Party has also included Ceno Klosi, a well-known name targeted by SPAK.

He is listed on the open list of the Fier district and is aiming for a mandate as an MP, although he is under investigation by SPAK for 4 charges such as "corruption", "abuse of office", "fraud" and "falsification of documents". 

His name and the other candidates from this district were presented yesterday with pomp by Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, with whom Klosi has long been seen accompanying him to electoral meetings in the field. 

The former Director General of Taxation and one of the closest people to the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, has also held the position of Director of the Economic Department at OSHEE.

In June 2021, he was appointed Director General of the National Water Supply, Sewerage and Solid Waste Agency, while with Council Decision 625, dated 22/10/2021, he was appointed Director General of Taxes.

The Vetting show has denounced that Ceno Klosi, in 13 years of working in the private sector, managed to buy only an apartment worth 6.8 million lek, while during 6 years in state duties he amassed a fortune of almost 900 thousand euros, facts that should be investigated by SPAK.
