AMP official announcement about the arrest of the chief of the Cërrik Fire Department and his 4 subordinates

The Police Surveillance Agency has issued an official announcement regarding the arrest of five people in the city of Cërrik, where among the arrested is the Director of the Cërrik Fire Force, Artion Taçi, 36 years old.

The charge against them is illegal influence and electoral crime. The other arrested are: Adnand Xhelili, Agiano Dinoshi, Alban Shima and Armand Gjoka, so a 64-year-old man with the initials KV has been declared wanted for forging documents.

It is learned that their arrest was made by order of the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan. According to the sources, the 5 arrested were giving false certificates to private firms that had no tax obligations.

The Police Surveillance Agency (Elbasan-Korçë Region) in cooperation with the Elbasan Local Police Directorate, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office of the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, executed the criminal decision of the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Elbasan, which has imposed the coercive security measure "Arrest in prison" for citizens:

AT, 36 years old, with the position of Director of the Fire Service in Cërrik Municipality, suspected of the criminal offenses "Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions" and "Using public function for political or electoral activity";

A.GJ., 43 years old, employed as an employee of the Fire Department in Cërrik Municipality, suspected of the criminal offense "Using public office for political or electoral activity";

A.XH., 33 years old, on duty as an employee of the Fire Department in Cërrik Municipality, suspected of the criminal offense "Using public office for political or electoral activity";

A.SH., 35 years old, in charge of OSHEE Cërrik, suspected of the criminal offense "Using public office for political or electoral activity";

AD, 34 years old, with specialist duties in the Cërrik municipality, suspected of the criminal offense "Forgery of documents".

Also, a wanted announcement was made for the citizen KV, 64 years old, suspected of the criminal offense "Forgery of documents".

Investigations within this proceeding continue with the aim of identifying other possible persons involved in illegal activity and bringing them to criminal responsibility.
