Besa Sharrah, the Albanian-American who is running for the Senate in Ohio: I

Besa Sharrah, the Albanian-American candidate for the Ohio Senate from among the Republicans, has spoken about the presidential elections that are being held in the United States of America.

In a direct link to Syri Tv, Sharrah said that she wants the support of both sides.

"I'm running for the state of Ohio, for the Ohio Senate. I'm pretty much a candidate running on a business platform. We need to have a dialogue between the two sides, especially for my district, which has quite an impact on the economy of Ohio.

During my campaign, I tried very hard not to create the idea that one or the other side is right. My idea is to have a dialogue, especially in Ohio where we are seeing a rare investment of 100 billion dollars. I had a great desire to have support from both sides.

In Ohio, we're a red (Republican) state and I don't like this kind of dialogue that I'm right or you're right. Dialogue is needed from both sides. If the country is to move forward, we must bring each other closer together in the things we have in common, not in the things that divide us.

My greatest desire is to unite my district. Aggressive rhetoric does not work. That rhetoric that we point the finger at each other is a fatal mistake and a failure of political dialogue" , declared Besa Sharrah.
