The repentant justice minister, Nuredin Dumani, testified in court that Talo Çela is responsible for the murder of Fatmira Deda in 2013. According to Dumani's testimony, he was present at the scene and saw Çela hitting the victim. Dumani said that Fatmira Deda tried to enter her garage, but was hit by Çela while the shutter was still open.

In his testimony, Dumani explained that the murder was part of a staged plan, intended to look like a robbery. He also claimed that Agron Qoli's role was that of an informant for this crime.

At the court hearing, Duman's lawyer, Ilia Ilia, requested that the footage of the crime scene be shown, but this request was rejected by the court, as the footage had not been taken in the form required by law.

According to Dumani, the murder occurred when he was near the building where Fatmira Deda lived, while Talo Çela entered the garage with his foot, hitting the victim. The murder lasted a few minutes, while Deda was left lying with her face facing the stairs and her feet facing the garage entrance.
