Chief Prosecutor Olsian Çela, who as a Prosecutor of Serious Crimes has investigated the "Xibraka" file, and singled out the file where Olsi Rama is alleged to be involved, avoids the question of the Chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, about this matter.
Asked about the investigations into the file in question, Çela justified himself by saying that he could only speak about the activity report of the prosecution for 2023.
"I can only answer for the activities of the prosecution in 2023", said Çela.
