Ilir Beqaj leaves prison, testifies today at the Sterilization Commission

The former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, will leave the prison cell today to go to the Assembly, where he will testify in the Health Investigation Commission for Check Up and Sterilization.

Beqaj is under investigation by SPAK for two files. One for sterilization and one for abuse of SASPAK funds. For the first file, Beqaj was being investigated under the security measure of 'compulsion to appear', for the second file he was being investigated under the security measure of 'imprisonment'

The deadline for the parliamentary investigation expires on Thursday and the democrats are asking for the deadline to be postponed, until the appearance of Prime Minister Edi Rama and Vilma Nushi.
