Klement Balili, otherwise known as the Balkan escobar, has demanded a change in the security measure, claiming that he has health problems.

Currently, Klement Balili is serving his sentence in Peqin prison in high security, and through the request he wants the rest to serve in low security.

Regarding Balili's request, the prosecution has spoken out against it, while the Elbasan Court has requested a forensic examination to see if Balili's allegations stand.

Kelment Balili surrendered after a long search. He was sentenced last October, with 10 years left in prison.
